9 hour flight London then a 2 hour flight to Sweden, I’m tired. Winter time in Stockholm is a drag for me being that I’m a sun/day light lover. The sun rises at 830am and sets at 230 pm. By the time I wake up its night time again because of the 6 hour time difference between here and New York. I went 3 days w/o sun . My health started to decline … The headaches started and my sleeping patterns were off.
Funny… You never miss a good thing till its gone.

The food was great much healthier than ours! The people were polite and helpful . Extremely diverse in their music listening. Met some amazing people.
